d. Please note that if the problem is not major, We may elect repair the item rather than provide a refund or offer an exchange.

v. Calendly.

d. These Terms of Service, the Website and the Products and Services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
